Houston Craig
I intern at Blue River Development and work part-time at Saint Michelle Homes, gaining practical experience in land development. I’m also pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to deepen my understanding of commercial real estate and investment analysis.
At Blue River Development, I developed AI software that helped land developers identify properties, increasing efficiency by 230%. That experience shaped my approach to business: start with a clear problem, build a practical solution, and measure the improvement.
As CEO, I’m building a company that brings together AI implementation, professional websites, and cinematic real estate videos. We connect prospecting, text and voice conversations, pre-call preparation, content production, and performance reporting into a coordinated process.
My goal is to make technology useful in the day-to-day work of our clients—helping businesses operate more efficiently and giving real estate professionals compelling ways to present their properties and development projects.

Trey Cooper
I’ll be playing collegiate lacrosse at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. I currently intern at Blue River Development and work part-time at Saint Michelle Homes, gaining practical experience in land development. I’m also pursuing the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation to deepen my understanding of commercial real estate and investment analysis.
Lacrosse has shaped how I approach business: prepare thoroughly, communicate clearly, and follow through. I bring that same mindset to building a company that combines AI implementation, website development, and cinematic property marketing.
We build systems that help businesses find prospects, keep conversations moving, and enter sales calls prepared. We also create websites and cinematic videos that help businesses and real estate projects make a strong impression. My goal is to understand what our clients need and help turn those needs into practical tools and compelling digital experiences.
